This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0096/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is brought to our notice that in connected matter being Criminal Application (APL) No.273/2024 this Court has passed the interim order.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable in six weeks.

Mr. S.A. Ashirgade, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
