This is an application seeking to quash the Regular Criminal Case No.98 of 2023 arising out of crime No.267 of 2022 registered with Police Station Dhad, district Buldhana for the offence Punishable Under Sections 324 and 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is the applicants' case that at the relevant time, the informant has assaulted applicant No.1 Himmat by means of iron rod for which on the basis of report of the applicant No.3-Vishnu, Crime has been registered vide Crime No.266 of 2022. Despite that the informant, who is the assailant has lodged false report after gap of 12 hours.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after four weeks.
