This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet in Crime No.0791/2023 registered by non-applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 201 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is applicant's contention that he has no role in alleged fabricated creamy layer certificate. Applicant claims that he has no knowledge about the nature of document though he has received the document from co-accused.

Issue notice to the non-applicant returnable in four weeks.

Mr. S.V. Narale, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant.

The trial Court shall not insist for the presence of applicant except the date of framing charge subject to
