This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No. 144/2023 registered with Police Station Andhera, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 143, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.

It is applicants' contention that the existing report is a counterblast to the report filed by the applicants which was registered by the same Police vide Crime No. 143/2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is applications' contention that at the relevant time, applicant No.1 was at his School and thus, it is a case of false implication.
