This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.37 of 2024 registered with the Awadhootwadi Police Station, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 201, 306, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 65 of the Information Technology Act.

It is alleged that the applicant lady has abetted to deceased to commit suicide. It is pointed out that neither there is suicide note nor there are specific allegation constituting the offence of abetment. Particularly it is pointed out that though suicide was committed on 06.02.2023, the report has been lodged after near-about one year i.e. on 25.01.2024. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants for final disposal, returnable on 24.04.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but
