This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet in Crime No.0176/2022 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is informant's case that at relevant time the applicant abused him in filthy language as well gave criminal intimidation.

It is applicant's contention that there was long history of dispute in between the parties. The material collected during the course of investigation is self-contradictory. According to the applicant lodgement of report itself is actuated with mala fides and presurrize tactics.

Issue notice to the non-applicants for final disposal returnable after four weeks.

Mr. S.A. Ashirgade, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1.

It is informed that bailable warrant has been

2 apl449.2024 issued against the applicant obviously for his non-appearance despite summons. Applicant undertakes to appear before the Magistrate on the scheduled date. 8.
