This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of First Information Report in Crime No.264/2022 registered with Police Station Pinjar, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498A, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on account of settlement.

Today, the informant has appeared through her Counsel and filed an affidavit stating that the matter is settled and she has not objection to quash the proceedings. It is submitted that both sides are related to each other and the report was lodged under misconception. On our queries, the informant lady stated that the matter is settled. She has filed the report out of misunderstanding and now she does not wish to prosecute the matter further. 4.

Learned A.P.P. to take instructions.
