Learned Counsel for the applicants would submit that during the course of the day, applicants would deposit sum of Rs.10,000/- as per directions of this Court. 3.

Instead of depositing sum of Rs.10,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur, we direct the applicants to deposit the said sum of Rs.10,000/- with the Registry of this Court during the course of the day.

The Authority shall accept the deposit today. 5.

Considering the plight of the informant lady, we direct the Registry to disburse the said amount to the informant.

The informant in person present before us. Learned Counsel Mr. Mirza submits that he is to file Vakalatnama for her since the lady has certain grievances. It is informed to us that the informant has received

2 3.apl.458.24 settlement sum of Rs.4,45,000/- by way of demand draft from mediator namely Ismail Kachhi from the account of his wife Naziya Ismail Kachhi.

The informant would submit that mediator Ismail Kachhi is now insisting the informant for refund of the said money.

As a matter of fact, the said payment was the consideration before us for settlement of the dispute. 9.

Mr. Haq, learned Counsel for the applicants is present before us, who is requested to inform the mediator for not to harass the lady, failing which, we would be constrained to take necessary legal steps.

Stand over to 16.04.2024.
