This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0056/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 294, 295 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant lady when went to a temple the applicant thrown cow-dung on the temple wall as well as caught hold the hand of informant by which outraged her modesty.

The applicant would submit that applicant is a great-grandson of Saint Yogiraj. There is a difference in the Management of the Trust out of which he claims that informant has filed a false case.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable in six weeks.

Mr. Amit Chutke, learned A.P.P. waives notice for

In the meantime, investigation may go on but chargesheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
