The application challenges the order dated 06.01.2020 of issuance of process passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola in SCC No.5528/2019.

The contention is that the applicants are neither signatory nor Directors of the Company and no role has been assigned to the applicants. Inpsite of that, the process has been issued against the applicants under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.

The Trial Court shall not proceed in the matter till next date of hearing.
