This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.410/2023 registered with Police Station Kamptee, District - Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 377 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicants' contention that the entire family has been implicated on the basis of vague allegations.
