Today, the applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2 are present in the Court. In their presence, learned Counsel Shri M.R. Khan, states that he does not want to conduct the present application on behalf of the applicants in the matter and seeks discharge. In view of his request, which is made in presence of applicant No.1, Shri M.R. Khan, learned Counsel is discharged from the present proceedings. 2.

It is revealed from the record that matter has been amicably settled between applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2.

However to decide the same, the presence of all parties is necessary in the matter. Accordingly, applicant Nos.1 to 5 and non-applicant No.2 are directed to remain present before this Court on 22.01.2026.
