The learned APP pointed out that, during the pendency of the present application, the investigation is completed in the matter and the prosecution is ready to file the charge-sheet in the matter. However, due to interim directions of this Court on 21/03/2024, the same was not filed on record.

It is further stated that certain material has been collected by the Investigating Officer and therefore, filing of the charge-sheet would be necessary in the matter.

In these circumstances, applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet or to adopt any other recourse which is permissible under the provisions of law.

Respondent No.2 is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings, if so permissible under the provisions of law.

In view of the above, the criminal application is disposed of as prayed for. All the issues are kept open. All pending applications stands disposed of.
