This is an application seeking to quash the Charge-sheet arising out of Crime bearing First Information Report No.522 of 2022 registered with the Nagpuri Gate Police Station, District Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is the applicant's contention that entire family members who are staying at different places have been implicated on vague allegations.

Issue notice to the non-applicants for final disposal, returnable on 02.05.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, the Trial Court shall not insist for the presence of the applicant nos. 2 to 4 except on the date of framing of charge.
