This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.401 of 2023 registered with the Patur Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicants' contention that on the basis of vague and general allegations, entire family has been implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after eight weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court against the applicants.
