This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No.0821/2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 413 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is applicant's contentions that he does not have knowledge that concerned vehicle is a stolen property which he agreed to purchase. It is submitted that the middleman has deceived the applicant himself and, therefore, it is the case of false implication. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable in six weeks.
