This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.360 of 2023 registered with the Telhara Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is submitted that entire family members have been implicated on the basis of vague and general allegations. It is also stated that applicant nos. 3 to 5 are residing separately from the couple.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 13.06.2024. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
