DATE : 14TH JUNE, 2024 The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that though the effect of judgment in Anand Ramdhani Chaurasia and another v. The State of Maharashtra and others; 2019 ALL MR (Cri) 4402 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, he accepts that there is no stay to the judgment and order passed by the Coordinate Bench at Aurangabad of this Court in Vasim s/o Jamil Shaikh v. Staet of Maharashtra and another; 2019 ALL MR (Cri) 381. He seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to approach this Court if the decision is given in the matter, which is pending before the Hon'ble Apex court.

In view of the above said fact and also that the charge-sheet is already produced, the trial need not be KHUNTE
