This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.1038/2023 registered with Police Station Awdhutwadi, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

It is submitted that there was an internal partnership dispute. There are no specific allegations made of the criminal offence. Learned Counsel for the applicant brought to our notice that in similar Criminal Application (APL) No.40/2024, this Court has granted interim directions vide order dated 09.01.2024. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court.
