The learned APP and learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 raised a grievance that Applicants did not supply them the copies of amended Application. So also the office note shows that though the Applicants have uploaded pursis regarding amendment, but not carried out physical amendment till date. 2.

The learned Counsel for Applicants submits that he has carried out physical amendment in the Application and supplied the copies of amended Application to the other side. 3.

In view of above statement, Applicants are directed to produce on record the acknowledgment of supply of copies of amended Application to the other side on the next date. On failure
