This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report bearing Crime No.742 of 2023 registered with the Sadar Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicant's contention that in fact he is a victim of the activities of accused Gopal Gaikwad. The applicant though received sum of Rs.7,30,000/- in his account, he has refunded the same to the complainant. The applicant has produced the document showing that the complainant has no grievance against him. According to the applicant, he has no role in the act.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but
