By this application, the applicant is seeking to relax condition No.(vii) in the bail order dated 13/03/2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur in Misc. Criminal Application No.568/2024.

02] The contention is that by the impugned condition, the applicant is directed not to leave Nagpur without leave of the Court and the Investigating Officer. Now, there is marriage of the applicant at Bhandara on 04/04/2024. Therefore, he seeks relaxation of the said condition.

03] The learned Counsel for the applicant informed that the application for relaxation of said condition is also pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, which was filed Yesterday, but it was adjourned for tomorrow i.e. 03/04/2024. It is also informed that the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition, so that he can proceed to Bhandara by tomorrow evening for his own marriage, which is scheduled to be held on 4th April, 2024.

If the application filed by the applicant before the learned Additional Sessions Judge could not be decided for any reason, whatsoever, by 12:00 noon, the matter will be taken up for hearing.
