By this application, the applicants are seeking to quash FIR No. 551/2022 dated 07/09/2022, registered with Ramdas Peth Police Station, Akola, for the offences punishable U/s 498-A and 323 r/w 34 of IPC and the charge sheet filed pursuant to the said FIR vide Regular Criminal Case No. 1598/2022.
