This is an application seeking to quash the first information report bearing Crime No.597/2023 registered with Khadan Police Station, Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 354, 354-A, 342, 509, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is the contention of applicants that due to difference of opinion the husband has initially filed a divorce petition. In order to Rgd.
