This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet (Sessions Case No.9 of 2024) arising out of crime No.818 of 2023 registered with Police Station Washim, District Washim for the offence punishable under Sections 376,366 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

At the instance of report lodged by a married lady aged 22 years crime has been registered. It is applicant's contention that the allegations about sexual abuse under false pretext of marriage are false since the informant herself was a married lady knowing that they could not marry.

Issue notice for final disposal of the application to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks.
