This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report vide Crime No.95/2024 registered with Police Station Brahmanthadi, Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 417, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is informant's case that she has invested monthly amount with one Private Limited Company represented by the applicant. The amount was invested through two co-accused, however after five years, there was no return, hence report.

It is applicant's contention that the money was handed over to co-accused and there is no record to show that it was actually received by the applicants. It is submitted that after lapse of six years, grievance is made.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
