All these applications are for quashing of First Information Report No.321 of 2022 registered at Sadar Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34

All applicants are the Contractor who allegedly completed the work prior to two orders. According to the applicants, after long gap, the FIR has been filed alleging that they have caused loss to the government ex-checker. It is brought to the notice that one of the co-accused has approached to this Court vide Criminal Application No.375 of 2023 in which this Court vide order dated 15.03.2023 issued interim directions.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after six weeks. Learned Addl.P.P. waives notice on behalf of the State.

In the meantime, investigation may go on but charge-sheet shall not be filed without obtaining leave of this Court against the present applicants.

All matters be tagged together.
