This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0033/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 417 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

A lady, aged about 35 years, has lodged the report against one Arjun alleging the offence of rape. Both applicants are sons of main accused Arjun. As regards the applicants, the informant stated that both applicants also threatened her on telephone.

It is argued that the entire allegations are against Arjun with which applicants have nothing to do. Only because the applicants are sons of Arjun, they have been falsely implicated to pressurize their father Arjun. 5.

Issue notice to respondents returnable on 12.9.2024.
