This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.168/2024 registered with Police Station Akot File, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the applicants' contention that out of the matrimonial dispute, the entire family including the relatives, who have been residing separately since long, have been implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after eight weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.
