This is an application seeking to quash the Charge sheet bearing R.C.C.No.1770/2023 arising out of the first information report bearing Crime No.464/2022 registered with Nandanwan Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 341, 500, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It is the contention of applicants that husband of informant is already dead. Because of Rgd.

Order 0305apl642.24 rivalry, all the family members, including distant relatives have been falsely implicated in the matter.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 02.07.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.
