Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned A.P.P for the respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submitted that now the Investigating Officer is changed and further investigation is to be carried out.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that now the matter is fixed for framing of charge and if the charge is framed, the application would become infructuous. 4.

In view of above submissions, learned trial Court shall not pass any adverse order and shall not frame the charge till next date on 12th November, 2025.
