On 26/11/2025 as far as Criminal Application (APL) Nos.276/2013 and 663/2024 are concerned, we requested the learned APP to seek instructions regarding departmental enquiry whether the employees have been proceeded departmentally.

Today, learned APP states that at present even though he has instructions to state that a proposal has been forwarded in 2017, he is not aware about the fate of the proposal.

Therefore, by way of last chance, place the matter on 19/12/2025.

During this time, learned APP is requested to seek present status of the matter so as to proceed with the matter on merits.
