As the note has been taken that Criminal Application No.276 of 2013 and 794 of 2015 are arising out the same First information Report and we could get from the record of Criminal Application No.276 of 2013, wherein, the status report has been given that RCC No.224 of 208 is still pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Saoner. The matter appears to be old. It appears that some of the accused persons are remaining present before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class and some are not, which is leading to the pendency of the case.
