This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report vide Crime No.538 of 2023, registered with Police Station Beltarodi, district Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A,323 and 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are parents-in-law, who states that the allegations are vague and general. It is submitted that the couple was staying separately at Hyderabad since long.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in eight weeks.
