This is an application seeking to quash the Charge sheet bearing R.C.C.No.499/2023 arising out of the first information report bearing Crime No.265/2023 registered with Lohara Police Station, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the contention of applicants that because of matrimonial dispute, all the family Rgd.

Issue notice to non-applicants, returnable on 01.07.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant no.1.
