Learned Counsel for the applicant orally seeks for leave to amend the application as the charge-sheet has been filed.

Leave granted as prayed for. The applicant undertakes to carry amendment today itself.

The applicant is seeking to quash the chargesheet arising out of Crime bearing First Information Report No.78 of 2024 registered with the Nandgaon Khandeshwar Police Station, Amravati Rural for the offence punishable under Section 376, 376(2)(n), 312, 451 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on account of merits as well as on settlement.

The informant lady is present before the Court, who is identified by her Counsel Shri Chakravarty. The informant has filed a reply stating that she had love relationship with the applicant since last two years. The relationship was consensual and out of differences, she

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after Summer Vacation. Learned Addl.P.P. appearing for the State and learned Counsel Shri Chakravarty appearing for the informant waive notice.
