It is stated that the informant and the victim both have filed an affidavit stating about their no objection to quash the proceedings. 3.

The victim by the time has attained majority and today appeared before the Court through her advocate and filed an affidavit stating that she is living with him and has no objection to quash the proceedings. 4.
