The victim lady is present before us. She is represented by her Advocate. She has once again stated that she has performed marriage with the applicant and now from the date of marriage, she is living with her husband i.e. the applicant. Moreover, she has stated that by the time she is carrying 3 months pregnancy from the applicant, and for said purpose, she has filed medical papers Rgd.

The victim has stated that she was having love affair with the applicant which was disapproved by her mother, and therefore, her mother has lodged report, and now she is not in talking terms with the victim.

It is informed that the trial has progressed considerably and now the matter is fixed for final arguments.

The learned A.P.P. seeks time to go through the papers and make final submissions. 6.
