Victim aged 20 years is present before us. She reiterated that matter is settled and she does not want to go with the prosecution. She has already filed an affidavit to that effect. Victim urged that she got married with the applicant on 05.01.2024 and she is living with her husband i.e. applicant. She stated that on the day, she is carrying pregnancy of five month and to secure future of her expected baby and marital life, she again urged for quashing. 3.

The report was lodged by the victim's mother who is not present. On our query, victim stated that since she got married with the applicant against her wishes, her mother is not ready to come before the Court. It is informed that after giving evidence in the Trial Court, the

2 954 apl 706.24 victim made her mind and got married with the applicant and entered into settlement.
