This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report vide Crime No.999 of 2023, registered with Police Station Tahsil, district Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 167, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant has carried measurement in the capacity of City Survey Officer. It is alleged that the applicant by joining hands to the co-accused has prepared forged and fabricated document in support of measurement map.

It is applicant's contention that the land dispute was in between the informant and co-accused. The Revenue Officer passed certain orders against the applicant in order to support his claim. False allegations Kavita

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable in eight weeks.
