This is an application seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.157/2024 registered with Dabki Road Police Station, District Akola for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 420, 498-A, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the applicant's contention that on the basis of vague allegations, the entire family including distant relatives staying away, have been implicated. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after eight weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State. 6.
