These applications are seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.321/2022 registered with Police Station Sadar, District Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned Counsel for the applicants brought to our notice the order of this Court in Criminal Application (APL) Nos.628, 624, 625 and 626 of 2024 and 375 of 2023, which are arising out of the same First Information Report in which this Court has passed the interim order.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after eight weeks.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for nonapplicant/State.

In the meantime, the investigation may go on, but charge-sheet shall not be filed against the present applicants only without obtaining leave of this Court. 7.

These applications be tagged along with Criminal Application (APL) Nos.628/2024, 624/2024, 625/2024, 626/2024 and 375/2023.
