This is an application seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.32/2024 registered with Police Station Hudkeshwar, Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is applicants' contention that initially the informant wife has issued a notice seeking maintenance at higher rate. It was not agreeable to the applicant, hence, the demand was not complied. Prity

According to applicant, in order to pressurize the entire family members has been falsely implicated.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 27.06.2024.
