On perusal of the orders of this Court dated 03/10/2025, 10/10/2025, and 18/11/2025, it is clear that this Court recorded the fact that despite the directions of this Court not to file the charge-sheet without obtaining leave of this Court, the same has been filed. 3.

By the order dated 18/11/2025, it was also observed to secure the presence of investigating officer before this Court, to explain as to how the charge-sheet was filed without seeking permission of this Court.

However, today, the investigating officer is neither present nor any explanation has been placed on record.

In view of the above, list the matter on 14/01/2026. It is made clear that Investigating Officer shall remain present and explain why the charge-sheet was filed without seeking permission of this Court. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.) rkn
