This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report vide Crime No.126 of 2024 registered with Police Station, Mankapur, district Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the applicant's contention that on the basis of report, the police have registered non cognizable offence however, without seeking the permission of Magistrate, registered the crime.

Issue notice for final disposal of the application to the non-applicants, returnable in eight weeks.
