The learned APP pointed out that during the pendency of the present Application, investigation has been completed in the matter and incriminating material has been discovered against the present Applicant. Hence, permission is sought to file the chargesheet in the matter. Permission granted. 2.

In the light of permission granted by this Court, it will be appropriate to grant liberty to the Applicant to challenge the chargesheet.

In view thereof, permission is granted to the Applicant to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty to challenge the chargesheet as well as to take any other steps as permissible under the provisions of law. All the issues and points are kept open.
