This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report vide Crime No.75 of 2024 registered with Police Station, Chandrapur City, District Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A and 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicants are husband and relatives of husband. It is submitted that the allegations are vague. Moreover, according to the applicants, Police Station Chandrapur has no territorial jurisdiction. To harass the applicants, the crime has been registered at Chandrapur. 4.

Issue notice for final disposal of the application to the non-applicants, returnable in eight weeks.
