This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No. 398/2023 registered with Police Station Ajni, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 3 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal. 3.

It is applicants' contention that since the notice was issued for settlement, out of vengeance, report has been lodged implicating all the family.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks for final disposal. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
