Heard Mr. S.A. Jamkar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. S.S. Sitani, learned counsel for nonapplicant No.2. 2.

Mr. S.S. Sitani, learned counsel for non-applicant No.2 states that non-applicant No.2 is not responding to his communication and he has received a message that she is not ready to amicably settle the matter.

However, Pursis has been filed on 20th September, 2025 by the applicants along with various documents which show otherwise. The consent terms are already filed on record. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct non-applicant No.1 i.e. Police Station Officer, Police Station Ajni, Nagpur to secure the presence of non-applicant No.2/Priya w/o. Salil Gokhe on 29th September, 2025.
