This is an application seeking to quash chargesheet arising out of Crime No. 632/2023 registered with Police Station Yashodhara Nagar, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 354-D(2), 509, 500, 506, Section 67 of the Information Technology Act. It is applicant's contention that there was a love relationship. Out of dispute, the same informant has lodged report of rape. It is submitted that the applicant has sent some photographs to the President of NGO Harichandra Dhawale, however it does not make out a case of stocking. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable after eight weeks for final disposal. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No.1.
